Isuzu Trooper Bike Rack: It took me some time before I found an acceptable Bike Rack that would connect into my Trailer Hitch and not scratch up the Troopers tire cover. I purchased the bike racks at Walmart - called "Extreme Bike Racks" - you buy them one bike rack per and I bought 2 racks to hold 2 bikes - they daisy chain together. The bikes wheels sit on a platform rather than "hanging" like the Thule, Yakami, and other vendors. I think this method is more secure and I won't worry about my front tire falling off. In addition to the Bike Rack, you need to purchase a Bike Rack "Extension" from a Bike Shop. The rear door will not open fully with the Bike Rack installed and it would have been nicer if there was a hinge that would swing the rack away. But, the cost was reasonable and not that big an inconvience. Total cost was $25 per bike rack x 2 + $20 for the extension for a total cost of $70.00.
